We address these concerns by offering flexible payments and providing detailed consultations to ensure the work aligns with their goals and desires
How long does my Treatment day take?

Topup is around 2hrs

Do I need to have a consultation before I can book an appointment?
It is a good way to discuss your expectations before the day of your appointment but this can also be included when during your appointment/treatment day. If you decide to book, a £50 non refundable deposit will be taken and put towards the cost of your treatment
Will it hurt?
Everyone reacts differently, but a numbing agent is used for each treatment area to reduce the pain, the pain level is minimal. It depends upon your sensitivity, but it can be pain free in some cases.
Why do you need top up 5-8weeks later?
Permanent makeup is almost always a two-step process—especially if you want natural-looking, long-lasting results.
Fills gaps: It addresses areas where the skin didn't retain pigment well after the first session.
Maintains definition: It keeps your brows looking crisp, full, and defined for longer.
Allows for adjustments: It's your chance to tweak the design, make them darker, or add shading.
Prevents faster fading: Skipping it can cause brows to fade significantly sooner.
Colour fades?
Color fades over 1-3 years; color boosts are recommended every 12-24 months to maintain freshness.
why Choose Zara as my artist?
I trained with an award-winning artist with over 10 years of industry experience. I spent 3 months learning through theory and then 5 days in Torquay for face-to-face training on live models. I learned colour theory, needles, machine shading, and microblading. I worked independently with support from my trainer on 10 models, sending recordings of my setup, work, and aftercare to achieve my final qualifications. I work 121 only, from the comfort of my home clinic, I am fully licensed, sterile, and motivated for my new career. I love creating brows!
Before Your Appointment (Pre-Care)
Avoid Blood Thinners: Stop alcohol, ibuprofen, aspirin, and fish oil for 24-72 hours before.
Stop Retin-A/Retinol: Discontinue use on the brow area 2-4 weeks prior.

Skip Other Treatments: No chemical peels, vaccinations, microdermabrasion, Botox, or fillers near the area for 2-4 weeks.
Brow Grooming: Don't wax, thread, or tint brows within 48hours before your appointment.
Come Makeup-Free: Arrive with clean skin; you can wear your usual brow makeup so the artist sees your preference.
The Healing Process (Aftercare)
Days 1-3: Dark, intense color; some itching/tightness is normal.
Days 3-10: Scabbing/flaking begins; color may seem to disappear as skin heals.
Weeks 2-4: Flaking stops, and the true color resurfaces as pigment settles.
What to Do: Gently clean and apply the recommended balm (twice daily), keep dry, and avoid touching.
What to Avoid (First 1-2 Weeks): Sun exposure, makeup on brows, sweating, swimming, saunas, steam rooms, picking scabs. Do not get them wet for up to 2weeks, only apply balm & follow artist instructions.
